Rachel Crowder, MPH

CEO, Principal Consultant

Rachel Crowder  has a strong foundation in strategic planning, healthcare administration, and proposal development. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toledo & Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University. She has also completed a Grant Writing Certificate from the University of Georgia and maintains licensure in Accident & Health, Life insurance through the Ohio Department of Insurance. Additionally, Rachel has completed project management training through LinkedIn Learning, further strengthening her capacity to lead and execute impactful initiatives.


Rachel’s commitment to professional growth is demonstrated through her participation in several leadership and accelerator programs. She is a graduate of the Kathy Duffy Espy Leadership for Social Change Program through the YWCA and completed the Social Enterprise Accelerator (SEA Change) and Columbus Accelerate programs, along with the Accelerate Her initiative through the Columbus Urban League. These programs have equipped her with innovative approaches to social change, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, positioning her to make a lasting impact in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

Naomi Crowder

Project Manager

Naomi Crowder is a skilled Project Manager at Raette Consulting, where she has successfully led projects from initiation to completion since February 2021. She specializes in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and is proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Asana. Naomi ensures that projects stay on track by optimizing resources, fostering clear communication with stakeholders, and proactively addressing any obstacles that arise. 

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, which has provided her with a solid foundation in technical problem-solving and process optimization. Her strong background in quality engineering and quality control has equipped her with expertise in compliance, process optimization, and risk management. 

Naomi also brings advanced skills in project estimation, earned value management (EVM), SAP Materials Management, and statistical process control. Her well-rounded expertise makes her a highly effective leader in managing complex projects. Committed to giving back to the community, Naomi has volunteered at both Westwood Center and the Wesley Community Center in Dayton, OH.

Akeena Harper, MPH

 Strategy Consultant

Akeena is a forward-thinking Health Strategist with expertise in public health, healthcare strategy, and innovation. She is dedicated to developing transformative initiatives that improve community health and advance healthcare systems. 

Her professional experience includes roles as a Health Educator with the CDC Foundation, where she designed and implemented health promotion programs, developed educational materials, and ensured health literacy and access for diverse populations. As a Research Assistant with the Detroit URC, Akeena strengthened community partnerships, amplified health equity messaging, and presented qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making.

Akeena’s work as a Clinical Research Assistant at Henry Ford Health System involved recruiting participants for NIH-funded studies, improving health research accessibility, and engaging communities through outreach initiatives. 

Akeena has a Master of Public Health and she's certified in Business Analysis & Process Management. Her work emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and a commitment to advancing public health priorities through education, research, and strategic initiatives.
